Cleaning Materials/ Equipment:
I will supply all cleaning materials and equipment unless otherwise agreed, and ensure that all work areas are left in clean and safe conditions, as well as carry out all services in a professional and thorough manner.
Licensed, Insured & Bonded
My company is licensed in the state of Florida and I am insured to cover any potential damages or liabilities incurred before/during/after service.
Damages & Breakage:
In the unlikely event of damages or breakages during a cleaning service, you must report it to me within 24 hours of service completion.
We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, faulty craftsmanship, unstable items or improper installation of items (ex: loose fixtures, unsealed grout, etc.)
Liability:
We are insured and bonded. We will assess the damage and if determined to be our fault, will take appropriate action to repair, replace or compensate for the damaged item, up to the limits of our insurance policy.
Service Terms & Client Responsibilities:
Clients must ensure safe access to the premises at the agreed-upon time & date of service, as well as disclose any hazards.
To ensure the safety of both our staff and your beloved pets, please have all animals securely confined before your service begins.
The company will not move heavy or expensive furniture or appliances. Please ensure these items are moved prior to arrival if cleaning is required in those areas.
For efficient and thorough interior appliance cleaning, we request that clients remove all items from appliances, such as refrigerators and ovens, before our service begins.
Trash will be disposed of at the client's property. We do not provide trash removal.
The company reserves the right to refuse, terminate, or reschedule services without completion of service if the working conditions pose a health risk, safety concern, or jeopardize the well-being of staff or other individuals present on the premises.
RESCHEDULING POLICY:
- AS LONG AS YOU RESCHEDULE AT LEAST 4 DAYS BEFORE DATE OF SERVICE, YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED A RESCHEDULING FEE.
- RESCHEDULING WITHIN 3 DAYS OF SERVICE DATE WILL BE CHARGED A FLAT RATE. SEE BREAKDOWN BELOW.
RESCHEDULING THE DAY OF - $100 FEE
RESCHEDULING THE DAY BEFORE - $50 FEE
RESCHEDULING 3 DAYS BEFORE - $40 FEE

In the event of unforeseen circumstances that prevent the company from providing services as scheduled, you will be notified, your appointment will be rescheduled as soon as possible and you will not be charged a rescheduling fee.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- IF YOU CANCEL AT LEAST 7 DAYS PRIOR TO SCHEDULED DATE AND TIME OF SERVICE, YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED A CANCELLATION FEE.
- IF YOU CANCEL 6-2 DAYS BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED DATE AND TIME OF SERVICE, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A CANCELLATION FEE. (SEE BREAKDOWN BELOW)

GIFT CARD POLICY:

:Redemption Process
The gift card number must be provided at the time of booking to schedule the cleaning service.
Gift cards are valid for both residential and commercial cleaning services
The gift card is valid for a service of equivalent value, additional charges may apply, which must be paid separately and is due at time of service. A gift card balance does not reflect the price of service.
Example: If you were quoted $200.00 for a cleaning service and your gift card is for $50.00. You would still be responsible for the remaining balance due at the time of service.
Service Area:
Services are limited to the company's standard service area. If the recipient is outside this area, a travel fee may apply, or the card may be non-redeemable. Please feel free to message or call for service area related questions.
Tipping/Gratuities:
Gift card value can be applied to employee tips/gratuities.
Scheduling:
Gift cards do not guarantee a specific date or time. Scheduling is based on current availability. We recommend booking well in advance.
2. ⏳ Expiration
Gift cards are valid up to 1 year after date of purchase.
3. 💰 Value and Refunds
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
Remaining Balance:
Any unused portion of the gift card value will remain on the card for future cleanings.
Combining with Offers:
Gift cards can be used with discounts.
4. 🛡️ Liability
Lost/Stolen Cards:
Treat this card like cash. Fried Green MAID'ers is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged cards, or unauthorized use, and they will not be replaced.
Fraudulent Use:
Fried Green MAID'ers reserves the right to cancel any gift card if it suspects it was obtained or used through fraudulent or unauthorized means.
Cancellation Policy:
If a cleaning scheduled with a gift card is canceled outside of our standard cancellation window, the gift card may be charged a cancellation fee. Please refer to our cancellation policies.

Payments
Full payment is due at service completion, unless both parties have agreed otherwise. If you have not paid within 14 days of the invoice date, a late fee of 40% of the overdue amount will be added to the invoice. If payment is not received within this period, then services will be temporarily suspended until payment is received.
We accept Cash, Check, Gift cards, Square & Cashapp as forms of payment. (Checks will need your driver's license number listed before being accepted as payment.)
